By proceeding with your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable fees and scheduled time.

We reserve the right to refuse service. Any form of harassment, inappropriate behavior, or disrespect toward our staff or other clients will not be tolerated.

To secure group appointments of 4 or more guests and to better serve you, a $50 deposit per person may be required. Deposits are payable by e-transfer.

Please submit your deposit within 48 hours to confirm and hold your booking. Our team from Burlington Pedi N Nails will contact you to confirm before any cancellation.

A minimum of 24 hours notice during business hours is required for cancelling appointments.

Gift cards and certificates are not valid without a registered barcode or a purchase date.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Gift cards and certificates have no cash value.

All gift cards and gift certificates are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
